PanzerBlitz

Lets get this blog active again. If no one responds I swear to god I'll spam this blog with Indian pop song music videos again.

I found this game in an antique store. It's a 2-player World War 2 German vs. Russian tactical combat game combining the best parts of Risk and Catan. I haven't played it yet, but it looks really complicated and frustrating therefore frackin awesome.

It has range, movement, defense, and attack ratings for 67 different tanks, tank destroyers, armored transports, artillery, mobile artillery, and infantry units for Russian and German forces.

Andy, I know you'll want to play and I know for which side. Even your SS helm won't save you from my Russian winter multiplier!

  1. I don't know why, but I just happened to look at the blog to see if anyone posted... even though everyone stopped doing it like 3 months ago.

Anyway, this game looks fuckin sweet. Looks older than shit. You find it at a garage sale?

  3. I got it at an antique store while I was looking for old records. Cost $5. They don't make them anymore and they sell for $20 on Amazon. This one was made in the 70's.

On a side note, I found the Star Wars OST on vinyl that day.

  5. Donnie, up to you if you want to come back to The Nasty for thanksgiving, but I am. I wasn't sure until yesterday. I won't be going down to N. Carolina since my sisters are both going to be working the entire holiday weekend (both in retail) and I only have about 4 days. I'm bringing me Panzerblitz and another game created by a German, Carcassonne. It's really fun.
