Week 2

Loss during week 2: 1 lb.

yep, you read that correctly. lol. I'd mostly attribute the lack of weight loss to my gain in muscle. My feet and lower legs got a SERIOUS overhaul last week from mowing greens. My legs were too sore to work out much outside of work. I also weighed myself at an entirely different time of day... which probably impacts it the most. Anyways, heres your post of Mr. King, Don. You ever get my text? Record that little riff and text it back to me.
