Donnie, here's an interactive Al-Si phase diagram I used for the lab report. Much easier to find the wt% of Si using this than with the lab handout phase diagram.

Donnie, good point about the complex phase diagrams. This isn't the only one they had. Here are the others. This one is Fe-C. Holy shit - Cu-Sn.
